COVID has rocked us all in one way or another, and this couple with their families aren't without their share of heartache. I couldn't have been more in awe of how they handled the brutal cards they were dealt. Erin's words describing their wedding were, "our perfectly imperfect day." I just love that -- it tells more than a story of a beautiful wedding with unexpected turns, although it was. But there's deeper love there, and a deeper understanding of what's important. The marriage is the good stuff. The wedding is just Day 1. So while it may not turn out the way you originally hoped, at the end of it, to be married... THAT's the prize. And keeping that in perspective makes the wedding day beautiful and sentimental and "perfectly imperfect."
